Physiotherapist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients seeking relief from physical impairments and mobility issues in Cure Physio.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations to assess the patient’s physical condition, including muscle strength, mobility, posture, and balance.
- Use clinical reasoning to diagnose physical impairments and functional limitations.
- Develop appropriate treatment plans based on the diagnosis and the patient’s goals.
Treatment Planning:
- Design and implement personalized treatment programs that include exercise, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, lifestyle changes, and strategies for managing pain or preventing injury.
Patient Education and Support:
- Offer guidance and counseling to help patients prevent injury and maintain healthy lifestyle practices.
- Ensure that patients are fully informed about their treatment plans, expected outcomes, and the steps necessary for recovery.
Record-Keeping and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and treatment notes.
- Ensure all work adheres to local healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide detailed reports on patient progress and outcomes for insurance and medical purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of electrotherapy equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, their families, and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate, patient-centric approach to care.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity, as the role involves manual techniques and assisting patients with exercises.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required.
